Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: email, optional name, a hashed password and hashed API keys.

Usage data: the URLs you submit, their status history, and request logs on our feeder pages (IP address and user-agent of the crawler or visitor).

Payment data: order amount, status and the gateway's reference IDs. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.

2. How we use it

To run the service: send crawl signals, verify bot visits, check index status, process refunds and payments, and secure your account.

To contact you about your account, payments or important service changes. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Sharing

Submitted URLs are, by the nature of the service, shared with search engines (Google, and IndexNow partners such as Bing and Yandex). Index checks send the URL to a search-results API provider.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, email) only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.

4. Retention

Submitted URLs, their status history and feeder-page access logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted or anonymised. Account and payment records are kept while your account is open and as long as tax law requires.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes; third-party credentials are encrypted at rest.

6. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@quickindexx.com. Deleting your account removes your submissions and unused credits.
