Refund Policy

1. Crawl guarantee — automatic credit refund

If we cannot verify a Googlebot visit (by reverse and forward DNS) for a submitted URL within 24 hours of sending it to Google — or we cannot send it within 24 hours of submission — the credit used for that URL is returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.

This guarantee covers the crawl only. Whether Google indexes a crawled page is Google's decision, so a URL that was visited but not indexed is not refundable.

2. Credit pack refunds

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of that pack's credits have been used. Above that, the pack counts as delivered and is non-refundable.

Free welcome credits and credits returned under the crawl guarantee have no cash value and are not refundable.

3. How to request

Email support@quickindexx.com from your account email with the order ID and purchase date. We review requests within 3 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Any non-recoverable payment-gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount. The matching credits are removed from your account.

4. Abuse

Accounts found abusing refunds, free credits or the crawl guarantee may be closed without refund.
