Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Code Craft (India), which operates QuickIndexx at quickindexx.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
QuickIndexx sends crawl signals for URLs you submit — via the Google Indexing API, IndexNow and our own feeder pages — tracks verified search-engine bot visits, and checks index status.
Search engines decide independently whether and when to crawl, index or rank any page. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings or traffic. Our commitment is limited to the crawl guarantee described in the Refund Policy.
2. Accounts
You must give a valid email address and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and keys.
One person or business per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse free credits or the service.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are bought in one-time packs, never expire and are not transferable between accounts. One credit is used per accepted URL; invalid URLs are not charged. Duplicate submissions in separate requests are charged again.
Prices are listed in USD and may be charged in INR at the rate shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store card details.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit URLs containing illegal content, malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material, content that infringes others' rights, or pages designed to deceive search engines or users. We may reject such URLs, remove them, and close the account without refund.
Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or bypass rate limits of the service or its API.
5. API
API access is provided as-is and subject to rate limits. We may change or retire endpoints with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Code Craft's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for search-engine decisions, third-party outages or indirect losses.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Unused paid credits may be refundable under the Refund Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
