Change your password

1. Log in and open Account.
2. Under Change password, enter your Current password.
3. Enter a New password of at least 10 characters, then repeat it.
4. Submit the form.

You'll see "Password changed. Other devices have been logged out." This browser stays logged in, and every other device and session is signed out. That's useful if you think someone else knows your old password.

Common errors

• "Current password is wrong": check Caps Lock and try again. After too many attempts you'll need to wait before trying again.
• "New password must be at least 10 characters": pick a longer password.
• "The new passwords don't match": retype the repeat field.
• "Choose a different password": the new password must differ from the current one.

Signed up with Google?

Google-only accounts have no password. Leave Current password empty and set a new one. See Continue with Google.

Forgot your password

If you can't log in:

1. If your account uses a Google address, try Continue with Google on the Log in page. If your Google email is verified, it logs you into the same account.
2. Otherwise, contact support from the email address on your account and we'll help you regain access.

Change your email address

Your account email is shown on the Account page, but it can't be changed from the dashboard. To move your account to a new email:

1. Write to us via the Support page from your current account email.
2. Tell us the new address you'd like to use.
3. We'll confirm the change with you.

Your credits, history, websites and API key stay with the account.

Keep your API key safe too

Changing your password doesn't change your API key. If you think your key has leaked, regenerate or revoke it in API & integrations. See Your API key and first call.
