You don't need an account to buy credits. Guest checkout lets you pay first and create your account afterwards.
How it works
- Pick a pack on the Pricing page.
- At checkout, enter your email address and choose how to pay.
- Complete the payment.
- On the confirmation page, choose Create your account: enter your name (optional) and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Click Create account & see my credits. Your credits move into the new account automatically, along with your welcome credits.
Use the same browser
For your safety, only the browser you paid with can attach a guest purchase to a new account. That browser keeps a private token from checkout, so someone else typing your email at checkout can never take over your purchase. The token lasts about a week.
If you see "We couldn't find your checkout" or "We couldn't find your purchase in this browser":
- Open the confirmation link in the same browser and device you paid with, or
- Use Continue with Google with the same email address. Google proves you own it, so the purchase is attached. See Continue with Google.
- Otherwise, contact us with your payment receipt and we'll attach it by hand.
If your email already has an account
If the email you entered at checkout already belongs to a QuickIndexx account, the credits go straight to that account. Just log in to see them.
Slow payments
Bitcoin and bank transfers take longer to confirm. The confirmation page says "Confirming your payment…" until it's done. Keep the page or come back later in the same browser, then create your account once the payment is confirmed.
After you've set a password
- Log in any time at Log in with your email and the password you chose.
- Your purchase appears in Credit history in Billing.
- Start submitting with the Quick start.
