Paying by UPI or bank transfer

UPI is charged in INR at the rate shown on Billing. Bank transfers need the exact amount and your payment reference, then are confirmed manually.

Paying by UPI (India)

UPI lets you pay from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app.

  1. Open Billing and pick a pack.
  2. Click Pay by UPI.
  3. The price is converted from USD to INR at the rate shown on the Billing page (for example "UPI is charged in INR at ₹95/USD"). The rate is set by us and may change.
  4. Approve the payment in your UPI app.
  5. Credits are added automatically when the payment is confirmed.

Some accounts may also see a UPI / Indian cards option, which also charges in INR and accepts Indian cards and netbanking.

If your UPI app shows the money as paid but no credits appear after a few minutes, don't pay again. Refresh Billing first, then contact support with the UPI transaction ID.

Paying by bank transfer

Bank transfers are available in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD, or by international SWIFT wire.

  1. In Billing, choose a pack and the bank transfer option.
  2. You'll see our Account details, the exact Amount to send and a Payment reference.
  3. Send exactly that amount from your bank and put the reference on the transfer.
  4. Come back and click I've sent the transfer. You can add the sender name or bank transaction ID to help us match it faster.
  5. Your transfer appears under Bank transfers awaiting confirmation. We add your credits as soon as the money arrives, usually within 1 to 2 business days. SWIFT can take longer.

Tips for bank transfers

  • Keep the original reference. Clicking "Account details" again gives a new reference. If you've already paid, use the one you sent with.
  • SWIFT fees: your bank and intermediary banks may charge fees. Please make sure the full amount arrives, otherwise we may need to contact you.
  • You can cancel a pending transfer request from Billing if you change your mind before paying.

Which should I choose?

  • In India: UPI is the fastest. Credits are usually added within moments.
  • Paying a company invoice from a business account: a bank transfer is often easiest for your accounts team.
  • For other options, see Buying credits and payment methods.
