QuickIndexx

Connecting the WordPress plugin

Install the free plugin, click Connect, and new and updated posts are submitted automatically with status shown in WordPress.

The free QuickIndexx WordPress plugin connects in one click. There's no API key to copy.

Install and connect

  1. Download the plugin zip from the Integrations page.
  2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, click Install Now, then Activate.
  3. Open the QuickIndexx screen in WordPress and click Connect with QuickIndexx.
  4. You're taken to QuickIndexx. Log in, or create a free account.
  5. Check the site address shown, then click Connect site. You're sent back to WordPress, connected.

Your WordPress site must use https to connect. If you see "This link isn't valid", go back to WordPress and click Connect again to get a fresh link.

What the plugin does

  • Auto-submit on publish and update: new and updated posts are sent automatically.
  • Bulk action: select posts in any post list and submit them together.
  • Whole site: submit your whole site with a progress bar.
  • Status column and editor box: see each post's crawl and index status right inside WordPress.
  • Dashboard widget: your remaining credits and recent results.

Each submission uses 1 credit from your QuickIndexx account, exactly like submitting from the dashboard, and the 24-hour credit-back applies.

Managing connected sites

Every connected site appears under Connected WordPress sites in API & integrations. Each site has its own key, so:

  • Click Disconnect to remove one site. It stops being able to submit.
  • Disconnecting one site doesn't affect your other sites or your own API key.

You can connect several WordPress sites to the same QuickIndexx account; they share its credits.

Tips

  • If you update posts often, remember every auto-submitted update costs a credit. Keep an eye on your balance in the dashboard widget.
  • Make sure your SEO plugin isn't setting noindex on the posts you submit. Check with the Indexability checker.
  • Security plugins or firewalls that block bots can stop Googlebot reaching your posts. See Why wasn't my URL crawled?

Not using WordPress?

Use the Chrome extension or the API. For other CMSs and CI/CD pipelines, one POST request submits up to 500 URLs.
