QuickIndexx

Bing, Yandex and DuckDuckGo coverage

Every URL is also announced to Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver and Yep through IndexNow. DuckDuckGo results come largely from Bing.

QuickIndexx isn't only for Google. Every URL you submit is also announced to five other search engines, at no extra cost.

IndexNow engines

IndexNow is an open protocol: one request tells a participating search engine that a URL is new or changed. When you submit, we notify each engine's own endpoint directly:

  • Bing (Microsoft)
  • Yandex
  • Seznam (Czech Republic)
  • Naver (South Korea)
  • Yep

This happens straight away, even while the URL is still queued for Google, because IndexNow needs no Google quota. The URL we announce is your feeder page on our domain, which leads to your URL, so you don't have to host an IndexNow key file yourself.

In History, the Other search engines column shows which engines accepted the notification and any DNS-verified visits from their crawlers (for example Bingbot or YandexBot). The Search engines table on your Overview totals these up.

What about DuckDuckGo?

DuckDuckGo doesn't run a public submission system. Its results come largely from Bing's index, so getting a page crawled and indexed by Bing is the most practical way to appear in DuckDuckGo. More on our DuckDuckGo indexer page.

What about Yahoo and Ecosia?

These also rely heavily on Bing results, so the same logic applies.

Important limits

  • An IndexNow notification is a signal, not an order. Each engine decides when, or whether, to crawl and index the page.
  • Engines may treat notifications differently. Bing usually responds to IndexNow; others vary.
  • Our crawl guarantee and automatic credit-back are tied to Googlebot only. A missing Bing visit doesn't trigger a refund.

Want to notify IndexNow from your own domain?

If you host your own IndexNow key, the free IndexNow submitter can send up to 100 URLs from your site directly to the same engines.
