QuickIndexx

Submitting a whole website or sitemap

Import every page from your sitemap, or save the site under My websites to auto-index new pages every day.

QuickIndexx can read your XML sitemap and find every page you haven't submitted yet. There are two ways to use it.

Option 1: one-off import (Whole website tab)

  1. On the Dashboard, open the Whole website tab.
  2. Enter your site (https://yoursite.com) or the exact sitemap URL.
  3. Click Find all pages. We read the sitemap (including sitemap index files) and load the URLs you haven't submitted yet into the form.
  4. Review the list and click Index.

Up to 500 new URLs are loaded at a time. If there are more, the message suggests saving the site under My websites so the rest are handled automatically.

Option 2: My websites with auto-indexing

  1. Open My websites and click Add a website.
  2. Enter your site or sitemap URL and set Max new URLs per scan.
  3. Click Add website & scan.
  4. Turn on Auto-index daily if you want new pages submitted every day without doing anything.

Each scan finds URLs you never submitted, then submits up to your per-scan maximum, and never more than the credits you have. Anything left waits for the next scan (or for more credits). You can also click Scan & index new pages now at any time, and Remove a site when you no longer need it.

Every site card shows the last scan, URLs in the sitemap, URLs submitted in the last scan and in total, plus any error.

If we can't find your sitemap

We look for /sitemap.xml and the Sitemap: line in your robots.txt. If neither works:

Good practice

  • Only list pages you actually want indexed. Thin tag pages, filters and duplicates waste credits and rarely get indexed.
  • Make sure listed pages aren't noindex or blocked by robots.txt. The Indexability checker will tell you.
  • Using WordPress? The WordPress plugin can submit your whole site with a progress bar and auto-submit new posts.
