We're happy to help with anything from a stuck payment to a page that won't get crawled.
Where to contact us
- Logged in: use the Support page in your dashboard. We'll know which account you're asking about.
- Not logged in, or can't log in: use the public Support page. Please write from the email address on your QuickIndexx account so we can find it.
What to include
The more specific you are, the faster we can help.
- Payment problems: the payment method, the amount, the date, and your order ID or payment receipt (card, PayPal, UPI transaction ID, Bitcoin transaction or bank reference).
- Crawl or indexing questions: two or three example URLs and their status in History. Exporting a CSV from History is helpful for larger batches.
- API issues: the endpoint, the HTTP status code and the error message. Never send us your full API key. The first few characters are enough.
- WordPress plugin: your site address, WordPress version and what you see on screen.
- Account access: the email on the account and how you normally log in (password or Google).
Try these first
Many questions are answered in a minute here:
- Credits didn't appear after paying? Refresh Billing; some payments take a few minutes. See Buying credits.
- URL shows Refunded? See Why wasn't my URL crawled?
- Crawled but not indexed? See Crawled, not indexed.
- Want money back on a pack? See Refunds and receipts.
- API errors? See API: status, history and balance for every error code.
Response times
We reply as quickly as we can on business days. Money-refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days, as set out in the Refund Policy.
What we can't do
We can't make Google, Bing or any other search engine index a page. Search engines decide what they index. What we can do is check that your URLs were sent, confirm whether crawlers visited, and help you find what might be holding a page back.
